Job summary

Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center (BIDMC) in Boston is recruiting several full-time academic Hematopathologists. Faculty will be appointed to Harvard Medical School at rank (Instructor/Assistant/Associate Professor) commensurate with experience.

BIDMC/HMFP offers an environment for residents, fellows, and faculty and a collaboration with DFCI and HMS. Ideal candidates will have strong diagnostic skills in Hematopathology, collaborative spirit, interest in teaching, and an academic trajectory

Qualifications

• MD from an accredited medical school.
• Massachusetts medical license or ability to obtain one.
• Board certified in Pathology (AP or AP/CP).

Responsibilities

• Contribute to diagnostic excellence and academic mission of BIDMC.
• Teach and mentor residents, fellows, and medical students.
• Collaborate with molecular pathologists, cytogeneticists, and oncologists to support precision oncology and clinical trials.
