Job summary

CHI Health in Omaha, NE, invites an academic Hematology-Oncology physician to join the Henry Lynch Cancer Center affiliated with Creighton University Medical Center. The role combines patient care, teaching, and clinical research within a large multispecialty system.

Board-certified in Hematology-Oncology, you will participate in tumor boards, lead clinical trials, mentor residents, and collaborate across surgical, radiation, and medical oncology services.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
• Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine and Hematology-Oncology.
• Active or eligible license in Nebraska.
• Strong clinical skills and collaboration in a multispecialty system.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Educate Creighton University residents and medical students in an academic setting.
• Lead and participate in clinical trials with opportunities for collaboration with scientists.
• Participate in CHI-wide tumor boards and cancer center leadership activities.
• Collaborate across Radiation Oncology, Pulmonary Medicine, Breast Center, Surgical Oncology and Orthopaedic Sarcoma programs.
• Support AI-assisted cancer screening initiatives.
