Qualifications
- MD or equivalent required; clinical duties may apply
- Board eligibility/certification in Gastroenterology required
- California medical license or equivalent certification/permit required
- Advanced motility fellowship or dedicated motility training required by start
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical gastroenterology patient care focusing on motility disorders (esophageal, gastric, intestinal, pelvic floor).
- Contribute to teaching of trainees in advanced esophageal preceptorship and gastroenterology fellowship programs.
- Engage in divisional activities and sub-sections within Gastroenterology and Hepatology.
- Appointments at Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor level based on background and experience.
