Job summary

HMFP at BIDMC, Inc. seeks an academic GI/Liver pathologist to join the Department of Pathology at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center on a per diem basis.

The ideal candidate will have strong diagnostic skills in GI and liver pathology, collaborate with molecular pathologists and oncologists, and participate in teaching and scholarly activities. Applicants must hold an MD, be board certified in Pathology (AP or AP/CP), and maintain or obtain Massachusetts licensure.

Qualifications

• MD from an accredited medical school.
• Massachusetts medical license or ability to obtain one.
• Board certified in Pathology (AP or AP/CP).

Responsibilities

• Provide diagnostic GI/Liver pathology services and contribute to the department's diagnostic excellence.
• Teach and mentor fellows, residents, and medical students and participate in academic activities.
