Job summary

Bassett Healthcare Network in upstate New York is seeking a full-time Advanced Trained BC/BE Gastroenterologist. This role offers visa sponsorship and a competitive package with a sign-on bonus. You will join a physician-led group with teaching responsibilities and a strong referral base.

ERCP/EUS skills are welcome but not required. You’ll work in a group of five physicians and three advanced practitioners, with EPIC EMR and a 1:4 call schedule, and salary ranges between $550,000 and $675,000

Qualifications

• Must hold MD, DO, or MBBS degree and valid New York State medical license.
• Board-eligible or board-certified in Gastroenterology.
• BLS certification required; DEA registration required.

Responsibilities

• Join an established group of five physicians and three advanced practice clinicians.
• Demonstrated proficiency in standard GI procedures; ERCP/EUS skills welcomed but not required.
• Education focus: teach and mentor residents and medical students.
• Call guaranteed to be no more frequent than 1:4.
• Work with an instant referral base of over 500 network clinicians.
• Operate with EMR-EPIC; focus on clinical GI and liver diseases.
