UC San Diego Health’s Department of Medicine, Division of Geriatrics, Gerontology & Palliative Care, is recruiting a full-time geriatrics-trained physician to practice in the San Diego area. The role combines inpatient and outpatient care in a hybrid model and supports teaching and scholarly activity.

The ideal candidate will be board-certified or board-eligible in geriatrics, have California licensure/eligibility, and five or more years of geriatrics experience across diverse clinical settings,

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree.
• California Medical License/DEA required.
• Board-certified or board-eligible in geriatrics.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient and outpatient geriatrics care in a hybrid role.
• Engage in teaching and scholarship within the division.
