Job summary

Inspire Health Alliance in San Diego, CA seeks a Geriatrician - Primary Care Physician to join our PACE program. You will see 3 to 5 patients per day with visits lasting 45 to 90 minutes, supported by an 11-discipline interdisciplinary team handling logistics so you can focus on patient care.

You will deliver primary, chronic disease and palliative care to frail seniors, lead morning team huddles, and provide clinical oversight across clinic visits, assisted living facilities and post-acute

Qualifications

• Licensure: M.D. or D.O. with an active (or eligible) California Medical License and DEA.
• Board Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Clinical focus: A passion for geriatrics, complex care, or palliative medicine.

Geriatrician - Primary Care Physician - PACE (San Diego, CA)

Under the PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) model, time is finally on your side. We are seeking compassionate, patient-centered Primary Care Physicians (MD/DO) to join our San Diego clinical teams. Here, you get 45 to 90 minutes with every patient, backed by an entire team of professionals who handle the logistics so you can focus entirely on being a doctor.
