Job summary

The Academic Geriatrician role at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center's General Internal Medicine is to join a team providing care across Nursing Homes and Assisted Living facilities in Hanover, Lebanon, Claremont NH and Windsor VT.

We offer an established patient base, collegial referrals and ties to the Academic Medical Center, plus competitive compensation, benefits, CME funds, and dedicated time for continuing medical education in a supportive academic environment.

Qualifications

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
  • Fellowship in Geriatrics is a plus but not required.
  • Must obtain and maintain medical licensure in NH and VT.

The section of General Internal Medicine at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center is seeking an Academic Geriatrician to join their team to help provide support at our Nursing Home and Assisted Living facilities. We service locations in Hanover, Lebanon and Claremont, NH as well as Windsor, VT.

These facilities offer a continuum of care, which include independent living, assisted living, short-term rehabilitation, skilled nursing care, state-of-the-art memory care and Alzheimer's care, respite care, and comfortable, dignified end-of-life care.

Required Licensure/Certifications
