Job summary

Qualifications

• MD, DO, or equivalent medical degree.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in General Surgery.
• Eligible for medical licensure in North Carolina.
• Eligible for hospital privileges at UNC Health facilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform elective and urgent general surgery procedures.
• Provide emergency general surgery call coverage at Hillsborough.
• Offer outpatient consultation and follow-up at both campuses.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across UNC Health.
