KTE Services in Mobile, AL invites board certified/eligible General Anesthesiologists to join its growing academic faculty. The role blends clinical anesthesia with teaching across multiple hospitals, including a Level I Trauma Center and a Children's & Women's Hospital, with a focus on developing a new residency program.

Qualifications

• MD or DO required
• Board certification or eligibility by ABA/AOBA
• Eligible for Alabama licensure
• 2027 graduating residents and fellows who want to teach are welcome to apply

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive anesthesia services for surgical, obstetrical, and other medical procedures
• Evaluate patients preoperatively, administer anesthetics and sedation, and monitor patients through procedures and recovery
• Supervise and teach residents, medical students, and CRNAs
• Provide airway management and life support during emergencies
• Participate in shared departmental call
• Contribute to scholarly activity, research, and quality improvement

Education
