• Care team model with MDs supervising CRNAs across a diverse case mix
• Case mix includes general, ortho, OB, GYN, neuro, vascular, endo, peds, trauma, ENT, and urology
• Pediatric anesthesia team with fellowship‑trained physicians; fellowship required for peds position
• 8‑hour shifts scheduled Monday – Friday, 7 am – 3 pm; flexible scheduling available
• In‑house call with post‑call day off; MDAs typically work 1 weekend per month
• 8 weeks of paid vacation annually plus CME reimbursement and paid education days
• Academic affiliation with a medical school training more than 240 residents and fellows
• H‑1B visa accepted; limited J‑1 slots available for pediatric fellowship candidates
