The faculty will cover inpatient consults, outpatient clinics, and endoscopy, with protected time for scholarly activities and opportunities to teach residents. Based in Central Austin, the position supports an innovative learning health system in collaboration with Dell Seton Medical Center.

Qualifications

• MD degree with Board Certification (or eligibility) in Internal Medicine.
• Gastroenterology training and board eligibility/ certification.
• Experience with endoscopy is desirable.
• Eligible for appointment at the Assistant Professor level.

Responsibilities

• Inpatient gastroenterology consult service.
• Outpatient clinics and endoscopy.
