Community Health of Central WA (CHCW) Ellensburg Medical Clinic seeks a Family Medicine physician with OB for Core Faculty to teach and mentor resident physicians on a rural track. • MD/DO degree or IMG equivalent.
• Completion of an accredited Family Medicine US Residency.
• WA License or the ability to obtain a WA license.
• DEA certificate.
• BE/BC required.
• Approved for credentialing with Medicare, Medicaid, and health plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal teaching, mentoring, and advising for Resident Physicians on a rural track.
• Contribute to a teaching-friendly culture as Core Faculty, with optional OB call.
• Collaborate with a supportive team to deliver high-quality patient care in Central Washington.

Compensation And Perks

• Faculty Base Salary: $215,000-$225,000. Salary is based on 18-20 encounters per day, and experience bonus. Additional financial add-ons include a fellowship bonus (if applicable), meeting engagement goals, OB call (if applicable) and delivery bonus (if applicable)
