JOB DESCRIPTIONAtrium Health Wake Forest Baptist's Department of Orthopaedic Surgery and Rehabilitation is seeking a full-time faculty partner to join an established and nationally recognized nonoperative spine and musculoskeletal medicine practice in High Point, North Carolina
Position Overview:- Location: High Point, North Carolina
- Clinical Focus: The ideal candidate will treat a variety of musculoskeletal conditions with focus on spine in an outpatient setting joining an incredibly busy existing practice with available procedural space..
- Teaching Opportunities: Teaching, clinical and laboratory research opportunities available with focus on spine and musculoskeletal medicine.
- Call Expectations: Call duties include general orthopedic call 6 days per month with the support of APPs and fellows.
- Collaboration & Support: Numerous subspecialty support services including peripheral nerve, orthopaedic spine, neurosurgery, sports medicine and physiatry-spine partners with over 90 faculty in the Department for seamless referrals.
Qualifications:
- Certification: Candidates should be board certified or board eligible in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. Those that have undergone Fellowship training in non-operative spine are also encouraged to apply.
- License: Eligible for NC Medical License.
- Proficiency in NCS/EMG testing is required.
