West Virginia University Health System in Morgantown seeks an Emergency Medicine Physician to join our community faculty. The successful candidate will provide clinical shifts in the ED at J.W.

Ruby Memorial Hospital and contribute to the education of residents and medical students. The candidate should have an MD or DO, be eligible for West Virginia medical licensure, and have completed residency in emergency medicine with board eligibility or board certification.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required.
• Eligible for West Virginia medical license.
• Completed residency in emergency medicine.
• Board eligibility or board certification in emergency medicine required by appointment.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical shifts in the emergency department at J.W. Ruby Memorial Hospital / Morgantown.
• Participate in didactic and bedside education of residents and medical students.
• Join a department with a three‑year residency, fellowships, and divisions in education, EMS, pediatric EM, research, sports medicine and ultrasound.
