Job summary

Tampa General Hospital is seeking a full-time clinical faculty member in Adult Emergency Medicine to provide patient care in its Emergency Department system, including main academic center and South Campus Freestanding EDs.

The physician will practice in a high-acuity Level I Trauma Center affiliated with the University of South Florida Morsani College of Medicine, contributing to teaching, collaboration, and innovation within multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Medical degree from an accredited institution.
• Board certification/eligibility in Emergency Medicine.
• Eligible for Florida medical license or foreign equivalent.
• Ability to participate in teaching and clinical service.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in Emergency Department at Tampa General Hospital.
• Participate in bedside teaching of students and residents.
• Engage in academic teaching, research, and service.
