Qualifications

• Medical degree from an accredited institution with eligibility for Florida medical licensure.
• Board certification or eligibility in Emergency Medicine.
• Academic appointment at Assistant/Associate/Full Professor level with teaching/research expectations.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical patient care in the Tampa General Hospital Emergency Department main site and South Campus.
• Supervise and teach residents and medical students in real-time clinical decision-making.
• Contribute to residency education through curriculum development and learner assessment (CCC/PEC).
• Support residency recruitment activities, including interview participation and application review.
• Engage in scholarly activity aligned with ACGME expectations for core faculty.
