IU Health Methodist Hospital is a regional healthcare leader, ranked by U.S. News & World Report as the top hospital in Indiana, with 13 high-performing procedures/conditions. It is a large tertiary referral center with over 130 ICU beds, serving as Indianapolis' largest trauma center and a highly subspecialized center for cardiovascular surgery, neurosurgery, lung transplantation, and neurocritical care.
