Qualifications
- Requires board certification in CP or AP/CP and Blood Banking/Transfusion Medicine.
- Must hold a Doctorate or Terminal degree.
- Qualified for licensure in the state of Indiana.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and direction for transfusion medicine and apheresis services.
- Contribute to the tripartite mission of transfusion medicine and the department.
- Participate in educational activities, including ACGME-accredited training.
