Qualifications
Requires board certification in CP or AP/CP and Blood Banking/Transfusion Medicine.
Must hold a Doctorate or Terminal degree.
Qualified for licensure in the state of Indiana.
Responsibilities
Provide leadership and direction for transfusion medicine and apheresis services.
Contribute to the tripartite mission of transfusion medicine and the department.
Participate in educational activities, including ACGME-accredited training.
