Job summary

IMAGE – Institute of Media Arts, Gaming & Entrepreneurship in the United States is seeking an experienced Academic Counsellor to advise prospective students, handle enquiries, explain courses and convert leads into admissions.

You will work remotely, communicate with students and parents, coordinate with faculty, and strive to meet admission targets while delivering clear course information and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Academic Counselling or related roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable communicating with students and parents.
• Good command of Hindi and basic English.

Responsibilities

• Handle student and parent enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
• Understand students' career interests and recommend suitable courses.
• Counsel students regarding courses, career opportunities, and admission process.
• Explain course details and benefits clearly and effectively.
• Follow up with prospective students and maintain regular communication.
• Convert leads and enquiries into admissions.
