The Department of Surgery, Division of Cardiothoracic Surgery at the University of Missouri seeks a clinical faculty member specializing in cardiac surgery. About the Department

Surgeons at University Hospital performed the first open‑heart procedure in mid‑Missouri in 1958 and have earned a reputation as one of the state’s most active and respected cardiothoracic referral centers. The university offers a comprehensive cardiothoracic surgery program distinguished by its experienced surgical team and advanced treatment options. Six advanced practice providers provide 24/7 support, and cardiac‑trained anesthesiologists and critical‑care‑trained cardiologists complete the critical‑care team.
