Job summary

WVU Medicine invites fellowship‑trained Cardiac Electrophysiologists to join our academic faculty. The successful candidate will split primary practice between Wheeling and Morgantown, WV, with a 50/50 site balance and involvement in teaching medical students, residents, and fellows.

Rank options include Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Professor. An Electrophysiology fellowship launches in July 2025.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree (or foreign equivalent) and eligibility for a state medical license.
• ABIM Electrophysiology Board Certification or Eligibility required.
• All qualifications must be met by the time of appointment.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional patient care in the field of cardiac electrophysiology.
• Actively participate in the teaching and mentoring of medical students, residents, and fellows.
