WVU Heart & Vascular Institute seeks an Electrophysiologist to join our academic team in South Charleston, WV. The role includes practicing general cardiology and complex electrophysiology procedures, with ongoing involvement in medical student, resident, and fellow education.

The successful candidate will collaborate with surgeons, radiologists and interventional cardiologists and participate in growing heart disease programs across the state.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree and eligible for state medical license.
• Cardiology fellowship completed, plus electrophysiology fellowship.
• Board certification or eligibility in electrophysiology.

Responsibilities

• Practice in general cardiology and electrophysiology.
• Teach medical students, residents, and fellows.
• Travel to WVU sites in WV, MD, PA as needed.
