Job summary

Loma Linda University Faculty Medical Group's Department of Anesthesiology is seeking a fellowship-trained, board-eligible or board-certified cardiothoracic anesthesiologist to join our Cardiac Anesthesia section. Faculty practice both cardiac and general anesthesia and teach residents and fellows in a collegial, mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Must have completed an ACGME-accredited adult cardiothoracic anesthesiology fellowship.
• Board certified or board eligible by the American Board of Anesthesiology.
• Advanced Perioperative TEE certification or eligibility.
• California residency required at start date; Conrad 30 waiver not available.

Responsibilities

• Join the Cardiac Anesthesia section to provide both cardiac and general anesthesia.
• Teach residents and fellows and participate in mission-oriented medical education.
• Contribute to a collegial environment with a focus on patient outcomes and teamwork.
• Maintain and advance echocardiography skills as part of clinical practice.
