Job summary

Indiana University School of Medicine in Indianapolis invites applications for a fellowship-trained Breast Imaging Radiologist to join our growing breast imaging team. This is a hybrid role with on-site and remote reading options, in collaboration with IU Health.

The position offers full-time or part-time options and a competitive total compensation around $610k-$650k plus benefits, with a signing bonus up to $100k. ABR board credentials and Indiana licensure eligibility required.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree.
• Board certification or eligibility by the ABR.
• Fellowship training in Breast Imaging or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to teach and mentor learners.
• Eligible for Indiana medical licensure.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality clinical interpretation of diagnostic and screening mammograms, breast ultrasound and MRI; perform image-guided procedures.
• Communicate effectively with patients, clinicians and multidisciplinary teams.
• Participate in breast imaging fellowship education and curriculum.
• Collaborate with radiology colleagues on academic projects.
• Teach and mentor medical students, residents and fellows.
• Engage in scholarly activity, quality improvement and faculty development.
