Job summary

SSM Health Saint Louis University Hospital seeks a board-certified or board-eligible Allergist/Immunologist to join the Division of Allergy & Immunology. The role includes outpatient care for adults and adolescents, teaching fellows and residents, and opportunities in clinical research or quality improvement.

The successful candidate will join a collaborative team and contribute to the growth of a growing program within a major academic health system.

Qualifications

• MD or DO required and board-certified or board-eligible in Allergy & Immunology.
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited Allergy & Immunology fellowship.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality outpatient care in Allergy & Immunology for adults and adolescents (as appropriate).
• Diagnose and manage allergic and immunologic conditions including asthma, rhinitis, food allergy, urticaria, atopic dermatitis, drug allergy, anaphylaxis, primary immunodeficiencies.
• Perform and interpret allergy testing (skin testing, patch testing, PFTs, oral challenges).
• Provide immunotherapy services and guide advanced therapeutic options.
• Participate in teaching activities for fellows, residents, and medical students.
• Contribute to scholarly efforts including clinical research or quality improvement.
