Qualifications

• Current UMass student enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program.
• GPA 3.0 or higher.
• Creative and motivated with initiative.
• Reliable, detail‑oriented, able to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Independent work and teamwork capability.
• Confidentiality and discretion with staff.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Able to perform basic graphical data analysis in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Compile documents and data into a shared repository.
• Create spreadsheets with tables/graphs to highlight opportunities.
• Post AVP conference notes for the AASAE team.
• Test portal components and collect survey data to guide development.
• Organize archived program/degree changes into a searchable repository.
• Other duties as assigned.
