We are looking for a person who is passionate, invested, and attentive to join our team! This role empowers learners from across the state involved in the largest program with the university. Multi-tasking is a must when it comes to all the knowledge you impart to the students to address and anticipate their needs. Establishing robust relationships virtually is the norm with this position since the program is fully online; nonetheless, our team offers these remote learners the same caliber of care as our on-campus students. Distance makes the heart grow fonder & this speaks to the team's level of investment with our students' success, ensuring distance is not a barrier for them. This requires strong, effective verbal & written communication that is comprehensive for student needs as well as what they might not think to ask. Cross-collaborative team building throughout campus, staying up to date with helpful information for students rather than referring them to other access points, makes you a one stop shop.
