Academic Advisor (Physics Track) – Thinktown America
Thinktown America, the US‑based division of Thinktown Education, is seeking a motivated Academic Advisor (Physics Track) to work full‑time. The role is fully remote or hybrid.

Responsibilities
- Design personalized study plans for high‑school students in physics.
- Provide in‑person or online tutoring on core physics concepts.
- Advise on extracurricular activities, research projects, and competition preparation.
- Supervise academic competition participation and adjust preparation plans.
- Contribute feedback and research for existing and new academic products.
- Collect and share useful study resources.
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and develop academic products.
- Assist with marketing by creating physics‑related promotional videos and articles.
Basic Qualifications
- Fluency in Mandarin and English (written, spoken, and reading).
- Minimum master’s degree in Physics or related field.
- Fast learner, problem solver, and willing to learn project management.
- Experience or interest in working with a multicultural, time‑zone‑distributed team.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and multi‑tasking skills.
- Exceptional communication and social awareness.
Preferred Qualifications
- Teaching or competition experience in physics.
