Job summary

Responsibilities include strategic planning, staff development, program implementation, and data-informed decision making, collaborating with faculty and campus

Qualifications

• Master’s degree and minimum five years of progressively responsible experience in academic advising, student affairs, higher education administration, or a closely related field.
• Experience supervising, hiring, training, coaching, mentoring, and evaluating two or more professional staff members.
• Knowledge of undergraduate academic advising principles, student development theory, and university policies and procedures.
• Ability to interpret, apply, and communicate complex policies while exercising sound judgment and decision-making.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and drive improvements.
• Commitment to creating an inclusive, student-centered environment and working with diverse populations.

Responsibilities
