Job summary

The Ohio State University is seeking a clinical addiction psychiatrist to join the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Health at the Wexner Medical Center in Columbus, OH. The role leads an inpatient dual diagnosis service with opportunities for partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, and outpatient services within an interdisciplinary program.

You will participate in patient care, teaching, and clinical research, with collaborations across services and community outreach.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited program
• Successful completion of an accredited Psychiatry Residency Program
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Addiction Psychiatry or Addiction Medicine
• Eligible for an Ohio Medical License

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care in the Medical Center.
• Teach, conduct clinical research, and participate in committees.
• Attend conferences and engage in community speaking engagements.
