Qualifications

• Board certification or eligibility in addiction medicine or addiction psychiatry.
• Fellowship in addiction medicine preferred.
• MD or DO with active medical license.

Responsibilities

• Hospital consultation service.
• Inpatient detoxification/stabilization and residential programs.
• Emergency department and hospital bridge programs.
• Community paramedicine and field buprenorphine initiation.
• Jail transition care.
• Outpatient group and specialty medical visits.
• Integrated addiction and infectious disease care including HIV and hepatitis C treatment.
