Job summary

Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona is seeking an ACA Program Integrity Coordinator to serve as a subject-matter expert for ACA program integrity, compliance, and vendor performance. The role manages day-to-day vendor relationships, monitors regulatory and contractual performance, and supports annual QHP and Open Enrollment readiness.

You will validate vendor financial activity, drive process improvements, and partner with internal stakeholders to mitigate risks and ensure accountability.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience in health insurance back-office operations, quality and compliance programs, product development, vendor management, financial operations, business operations, or a related field.
• Three years of experience leading process improvement or designing and implementing business processes.
• Experience working with vendor invoices, budgets, purchase orders, financial tracking, vendor performance, contracts, or service agreements.
• Experience supporting compliance, privacy, government programs, healthcare operations, legal matters, or regulatory deliverables.
• Required Education Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Healthcare Operations, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Maintain current knowledge of ACA, CMS, Federally Facilitated Exchange, and QHP requirements and translate into clear actions for internal owners.
• Manage day-to-day ACA vendor relationships and vendor-supported products or services.
• Track vendor spending against budgets, forecasts, and actual activity; validate invoices and resolve discrepancies.
• Lead or support annual QHP filing, Open Enrollment readiness, and vendor readiness planning; coordinate cross-functional work.
• Provide regular reports on vendor performance, financials, and regulatory compliance; train team members on processes.
