Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain air conditioning systems in residential and commercial buildings.
• Diagnose and repair faults in AC units, including electrical and mechanical components.
• Recharge refrigerant and ensure proper handling and disposal per EPA regulations.
• Replace or repair parts such as compressors, motors, thermostats, fans, and ductwork.
• Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
• Document all work performed and communicate findings with supervisors or clients.
• Respond to emergency calls, especially during peak summer months.

We are seeking a reliable and experienced AC Technician to install, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems across residential, commercial, and industrial properties. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, be familiar with local building codes, and have the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• 5 Years experience as an AC technician
• Experience with all HVAC systems and brands & expert working with roof top units, ductless units, central air units, space savers, splits and package units, ductless units & installing thermostats.
  Install, repair, trouble shoot, and maintain air conditioning systems in residential and commercial buildings
• EPA certified
• Diagnose and repair faults in AC units, including electrical and mechanical components.
• Recharge refrigerant and ensure proper handling and disposal per EPA regulations.
• Replace or repair parts such as compressors, motors, thermostats, fans, and ductwork.
• Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.

Requirements:

• OSHA/EPA
• Proven experience as an Air Conditioning Technician or similar role
• Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of HVAC systems

• Ability to diagnose and resolve issues with air conditioning units

Full time:

Salary: $26.00 - $42.00 per hour
