Strada Services in Fort Myers, FL is seeking an HVAC Installer responsible for installing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment in new residential construction homes per manufacturer specifications and company standards.

Responsibilities include ductwork installation, equipment and thermostat installation, safety compliance, and accurate reporting. A valid driver’s license and physical ability to lift 50–100 lbs are required; tools are provided or possessed by the employee.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of experience installing duct or equipment without assistance in residential homes.
• Must be able to lift up to 50–100 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Installation of ductwork in residential new construction homes.
• Installation of HVAC equipment, thermostats, grilles, piping, and bath fans in new residential construction homes.
• Maintain quality standards on all installations and tasks.
• Always maintain safety standards.
• Prepare operational reports.
• Update job-related knowledge or skills.
• Communicate with other personnel to discuss project details.
• Must be willing to operate a company vehicle.
• All other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Installation of ductwork in residential new construction homes.
• Installation of HVAC equipment, thermostats, grilles, piping, and bath fans in new residential construction homes.
• Maintain quality standards on all installations and tasks.
• Always maintain safety standards.
• Prepare operational reports.
• Update job-related knowledge or skills.
• Communicate with other personnel to discuss project details.
• Must be willing to operate a company vehicle.
• All other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

• Must complete tasks, as assigned, within the company’s standard timeframe.
• Good work ethic and willingness to learn new methods.

Education And Experience

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift up to 50 to 100 lbs. at times.
