Base pay range

$170,000.00/hr - $180,000.00/hr

The General Manager is a polished, well-spoken, and well-regarded ambassador who carries a strong vision for their hotel. They are responsible for all aspects of operations for their assigned property, providing support, supervision, and guidance to their management team and front-line associates. They will ensure financial performance is optimized, high-quality product and service levels are maintained, and the hotel operates in compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

The General Manager will establish priorities, lead operational initiatives such as sales planning and budget development, and oversee physical property improvements. They will provide hands-on leadership to maximize revenue and control expenses, serving as the primary communicator with guests, clients, staff, ownership, and vendors.

Exempt managers typically direct the work of at least two full-time associates, with duties involving administrative, executive, or professional tasks more than 50% of the time, using discretion and independent judgment.
