Job summary

Air Transport Services Group, Inc. (ATSG) seeks a Line Maintenance Representative to perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and modifications of aircraft and related equipment per FAA regulations.

You will travel to stations regionally for coverage, training, and audits, working outdoors in all weather and coordinating with multiple departments. The role requires an A&P license, HSD/GED, and 2 years of line maintenance experience across commercial transport aircraft, with the ability to

Qualifications

• Must have HSD or GED.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass MVR background check.
• A&P License is required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in all phases of commercial transport aircraft.
• Ability to independently troubleshoot aircraft systems.
• Knowledge of aircraft systems and ability to interpret wiring diagrams.
• Ability to work unsupervised and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, modifications and other line maintenance of aircraft and related equipment per manuals, procedures and FAA regulations.
• Communicate with all departments within the company to coordinate maintenance activities.
• Travel regionally for station coverage, training and maintenance support; work outdoors in all weather.
• Be on-call as needed; assist Airport Planning/Properties with property and environmental issues.
• Maintain station manuals, parts and tooling inventory; assist with deicing, snow removal and GSE MXI work as required.
• Travel regionally to verify stations pass FAA and QA audits and train new team members on paperwork and MXI manuals.

Job description

The Line Maintenance Representative will perform preventive maintenance, repairs, modifications and other line maintenance of aircraft, components and related equipment in accordance with specified manuals, procedures and FAA regulations; communicate with all departments within the company; travel for station coverage, training and other maintenance support: work outside in all types of weather; on-call as needed; assist Airport Planning/Properties with property and environmental issues; maintain station manuals, parts and tooling inventory; as needed aircraft deicing, snow removal, GSE maintenance, MXI work; travel regionally to verify stations will pass FAA and QA audits; travel regionally to train new team members on paperwork, MXI, manuals, etc.; perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Must have HSD/GED
• Valid drivers license and the ability to successfully pass an MVR background check
• A&P License
• 2 years experience in all phases of commercial transport aircraft

Preferred Skills:

• 4 years experience in all phases of commercial transport aircraft
• 2 years hands-on line maintenance experience on type aircraft operated by ABX
• 757/767 experience
