Job summary

PGIM, the Global Asset Management unit of Prudential, seeks a credit research professional to support Consumer ABS strategies within the Securitized Products group. You will analyze collateral, maintain internal ratings, review structures, and monitor portfolio performance.

You will build analytical tools and visualizations, engage with issuer management, and combine historical data with macro trends to inform risk–return decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4-7 years of relevant experience in fixed income, securitized products, or consumer finance, with exposure to Consumer ABS.
• Proficiency in Excel and working with large datasets; strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to capital deployment strategies by identifying high-impact opportunities across Consumer ABS sectors and issuers.
• Present and support investment research and relative value trading strategies to the ABS portfolio management team.
• Engage with issuer executives to analyze business models and financial health to inform internal ratings.
• Design, enhance, and maintain analytical tools and visualizations to strengthen risk analytics and drive data-driven insights.
