Responsibilities

• Provide engineering ownership of ABS compounding and twin-screw extrusion processes.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve yield, throughput, OEE, and energy efficiency.
• Partner with Production, Scheduling, Quality, and Maintenance to ensure stable processes.
