The role requires physical fitness and the ability to lift 40 pounds or more. With 3+ years of blasting experience you will contribute to quality coating adhesion and participate in a team focused on

Qualifications

• 3+ years of blasting experience on steel surfaces.
• Able to lift at least 40 pounds.
• Willing to work outdoors year-round and at extreme heights.
• Able to pass background check and drug screen.
• Willing to work overtime and any shift.

Responsibilities

• Operate blast equipment to create an approved steel surface profile for coating adhesion.
• Learn surface prep techniques and safety protocols; maintain equipment.
• Work in tanks, voids, and elevated areas; follow safety procedures.
