Job summary

Manthey Hospitality in Tampa is seeking a part-time Server Assistant to support the Yacht StarShip Dining Cruises. You will help prepare dining areas, assist servers, and ensure guest comfort aboard our moving vessel.

Candidates should be guest-focused, able to work in a fast-paced marine environment, and available for evenings, weekends, and extended shifts. Restaurant experience is welcome but not required; training provided.

Qualifications

• Able to work in a fast-paced restaurant and marine environment.
• Comfort working aboard a moving vessel; stand for long periods.
• Availability for evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts.
• Restaurant experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Set and reset dining areas, including tables, menus, and décor.
• Keep dining rooms, service stations, and guest areas clean and organized.
• Assist servers with food and beverage delivery.
• Clear tables and restock supplies during service.
• Support smooth and efficient service during busy periods.
• Follow health, sanitation, and vessel safety procedures.
• Complete assigned opening, closing, and cleaning duties.
• Work closely with the crew to ensure a seamless guest experience.
