Manthey Hospitality is hiring a Server Assistant to support Yacht StarShip Dining Cruises at Clearwater Marina, FL. This part-time role focuses on setting dining areas, assisting servers, and ensuring a smooth guest experience aboard our moving vessel.

Ideal candidates bring a friendly, guest-focused attitude and strong teamwork. Experience is welcome but not required; ability to work evenings, weekends, and extended shifts is needed; medical benefits and employee discounts are offered.

From sunset dinner cruises to elegant waterfront events, our crew blends polished hospitality, seamless marine operations, and unforgettable waterfront views to create exceptional guest experiences.

What You'll Do

• Set and reset dining areas, including tables, menus, and décor
• Keep dining rooms, service stations, and guest areas clean and organized
• Assist servers with food and beverage delivery
• Clear tables and restock supplies during service
• Support smooth and efficient service during busy periods
• Follow all health, sanitation, and vessel safety procedures
• Complete assigned opening, closing, and cleaning duties
• Work closely with the crew to ensure a seamless guest experience

What You Bring

• Friendly, guest-focused attitude
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant and marine environment
• Comfort working aboard a moving vessel
• Ability to carry items up to 50 lbs and navigate stairs safely
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks for extended periods of time in a variety of indoor and outdoor weather conditions
• Availability for evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts as needed
• Ability to work 2-5 hour cruises, with occasional shifts up to 12 hours
• Restaurant experience preferred but not required.
