Manage a portfolio of Asset Based Lending (ABL) transactions, ensuring credit quality, collateral monitoring, financial analysis, and risk mitigation while adhering to operational and regulatory compliance. Collaborate with Truist clients to manage ABL loans, meet client needs, and perform ongoing portfolio monitoring within risk tolerances. Work with other functional groups to achieve revenue, income, credit quality, and financial objectives. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Manage and mitigate credit risk of ABL portfolio transactions.
  • Complete accurate and timely amendment memos, trend cards, and problem loan reports; maintain risk ratings, financial spreads, credit files, and collateral diligence.
  • Adhere to Truist policies, processes, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Restructure and manage problem loans with risk partner input.
  • Manage ABL credit, operational, and market risk within approved risk levels.
  • Collaborate with originations, structuring, legal, compliance, and risk teams to align objectives and facilitate execution.
  • Develop junior talent and demonstrate Truist culture and values.
Required Qualifications
  • BA/BS degree
  • 7-11 years of related experience
  • Strong technical skills, including financial analysis and modeling
  • Excellent analytical skills to distill complex data
  • Strong interpersonal skills to foster teamwork and trust
  • Ability to collaborate across functions
Preferred Qualifications
  • MBA with a focus on Finance
  • Diversified product structuring, underwriting, or portfolio management experience
