Job summary

Christ Community Chapel in Hudson, Ohio, seeks an Ability & Inclusion Associate (Adults) to lead its inclusive ministry for adults with special needs and disabilities. The role oversees current programs, develops new participation opportunities, and partners with families to engage everyone in church life.

This part-time position reports to the Director of Pastoral Care and focuses on equipping volunteers, recruiting teams, and collaborating with Women’s and Men’s ministry to create welcoming

The Ability & Inclusion Associate (Adults) will provide leadership for Christ Community Chapel’s (CCC) Ability & Inclusion Ministry serving adults with special needs and disabilities. This individual will oversee existing ministry programs, develop new opportunities for participation and discipleship, equip volunteers, and partner with families to help every individual engage fully in the life of the church.
