The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive a quality in-store experience by acting as the Floor Supervisor, providing guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates, and ensuring effective store operations. The Key Lead is part of the store leadership team, responsible for driving store performance through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales.

What You’ll Do

• Open and operate a unique Abercrombie & Fitch Men’s store.
• Develop product knowledge and brand awareness.
• Understand business operations.
• Proactively identify opportunities and challenges.
• Maintain attention to detail.
• Use POS systems effectively.
• Ensure asset protection.
• Create and maintain visual displays.
• Utilize system skills efficiently.
• Work according to schedule requirements.

Schedule details:

• Expected to work 12-16 hours weekly, with varying schedules.
• Availability required on weekends and certain holidays.
• Hours may increase during peak periods.

What it Takes

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. preferred.
• At least 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• No supervisory or managerial experience required.
• Knowledge of menswear products and brand awareness.
• Strong customer focus, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Fashion trend awareness.
• Outgoing personality, adaptability, and stress tolerance.
• Ability to multitask.
