Responsibilities
  • The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive a quality in-store experience. They do this by acting as the Floor Supervisor, providing guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates to ensure store operations run effectively. The Key Lead is part of the store leadership team, responsible for driving store performance on the floor through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales.

Schedule
• Schedule will vary weekly but should expect to work at least 12-16 hours per week.
• Required availability on Saturdays and Sundays as well as certain holidays.
• In addition, during peak timeframes, hours will increase to support the needs of the business.

The starting rate for this position is $21.20 per hour (i.e., the recruiting pay range for this position is $21.20 - $21.20 per hour). The starting rate and range may be modified in the future.
