Job Description

The Assistant Manager is a multi-faceted role that merges business strategy, operations, creativity, and people management. Strategically, assistant managers are responsible for driving sales results by analyzing the business and providing best-in-class customer service. They oversee daily store operations including opening and closing routines and driving efficiency in all store processes. Assistant managers leverage their creative expertise through floorset updates, styling recommendations, and product knowledge. They also serve as talent leaders, driving recruiting, training, engagement, and development. They are expected to show up daily, bringing their best selves to create an inclusive environment for their team and customers. With a promote-from-within philosophy, our Assistant Managers will build upon their initial foundation and have opportunities to grow into future store leaders.

Strong problem-solving skills, inclusion & diversity awareness, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, team building skills, self-starter attitude, strong interpersonal and communication skills, results-driven, adaptable/flexible, multi-tasking ability, and a passion for fashion knowledge.
