Responsibilities

• Discuss risks and benefits of transplantation with patients and families.
• Donor selection and organ procurement coordination.
• Hepatobiliary surgery and complex transplant procedures, including kidney and liver.
• Collaborate with transplant team and organ procurement organizations.
• Provide pre- and peri-transplant care and follow-up.
• Supervise medical students or residents as applicable.
