Job summary

The University of Florida College of Medicine – Jacksonville invites applications for a full-time Abdominal Radiologist at the non-tenure accruing level of Assistant/Associate/Full Professor. The position focuses on abdominal imaging with 100% specialization and scholarly activity within UF Radiology and Imaging.

The appointee will teach residents and fellows, collaborate with surgical, oncologic, and pathologic teams, and contribute to an academically vigorous environment at UF Health

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree in Diagnostic Radiology with board eligibility or certification.
• Fellowship training in Abdominal Imaging preferred.
• Proven mentoring and teaching abilities in an academic setting.
• Strong teamwork and leadership for a collaborative division.

Responsibilities

• Abdominal Imaging Radiologist with academic focus at UF Jacksonville Health System at the Assistant, Associate Professor/Full Professor level with 100% specialization.
• Full-time academic position with UF Radiology and Imaging, UFJPI.
• Provide high quality service in a friendly academic setting.
• Serve as a mentor to train a great group of Residents & Fellows.
• Work with colleagues in surgery, oncology, radiation oncology & pathology, via daily interactions/multidisciplinary meetings.
• Have the drive and leadership skills necessary to be an integral part of the Neuroradiology Division.
