Job description

The Division of Subspecialty Radiology at Cleveland Clinic is seeking a qualified Radiologist to join the Section of Abdominal Imaging. This is a full‑time position located at our Main Campus in Cleveland, Ohio.

A faculty appointment at a rank commensurate with academic accomplishments is available at the Cleveland Clinic Lerner College of Medicine of Case Western Reserve University.

The Section of Abdominal Imaging includes 19 ABR‑certified Abdominal Imagers. Our team works closely with medical and surgical specialties across the organization. Our clinical service lines encompass all aspects of GI and GU imaging, from fluoroscopic exams to advanced body MRI exams. Our department is equipped with state‑of‑the‑art US, CT, and MRI technology, including Photon counting and Dual‑energy CT scanners, a large fleet of 1.5 and 3T magnets and a PET/MRI. There is ample opportunity for career development in clinical, research, education, and leadership tracks. Many of our staff are nationally and internationally recognized thought leaders in the field and have taken on important roles within the organization and in radiological societies. Attractive schedule with light call coverage. No overnight coverage is required as there is a separate Nighthawk team to cover after‑hours studies.

The Division of Subspecialty Radiology is housed within the Department of Radiology, which is one of the largest providers of imaging services within an academically oriented institution. The Department of Radiology interprets over 2.7 million exams annually and employs over 280 radiologists in 5 divisions: General Radiology, Subspecialty Radiology, Nuclear Medicine, and Florida Radiology. The Department is proud to be in the top quartile for employee engagement and experiences incredibly low staff turnover, and many of the staff are nationally recognized for their clinical and scientific contributions.
